I need to create a blog that contains a discussion board. I will moderate it and it will be unrelated to Oppo, other than it will be excellent like Oppo is.
Where can I create something like that?

If you do a search, some similar questions have been discussed previously. One route is to use your own Kinja. On the other end of the spectrum, you could use Wordpress and then install Disqus or Buddypress, depending upon what you’re trying to achieve.

Yeah...couldn’t tell initially that OP wanted other authors to be able to contribute Content. Kinja isn’t the move here! What else is new lol
